Eligible returns received within 90 days of purchase will be issued to the original form of payment when available. Eligible returns received beyond 90 days from the date of purchase or without a Camille La Vie Shop proof of purchase will be issued a Camille La Vie Shop Merchandise Credit.
Refunds will be issued for the original purchase price only when accompanied by a Camille La Vie Shop proof of purchase. If neither the customer nor Camille La Vie Shop can locate this documentation, the refund will be issued at the value determined by Camille La Vie Shop.
School Uniform items without a logo follow the return policy guidelines above. School Uniform items with a logo may be returned within 90 days of purchase for a Merchandise Credit. No returns will be accepted after 90 days.
Personalized items, including, but not limited to, items with a monogram or embroidery, and items marked final sale may not be returned to Camille La Vie Shop and are expressly excluded by this Return Policy.
All returns are final. Items sent to Camille La Vie Shop outside of the terms of this Return Policy are not subject to refund and will not be returned to sender.
